West Coast Massage provides professional, highly trained and qualified massage therapists to bring on-site seated acupressure massage into your workplace.
What is seated Acupressure Massage?
The seated acupressure massage sequence is a mixture of acupressure, stretches, Swedish massage, tapotement (percussion) and some elements of Indian Head massage.
A seated acupressure massage treatment usually consists of a 15-20 minute sequence. This massage is oil free, so there is no mess and no need to remove clothing.
The first part of the treatment facilitates the release of stored tensions, of which the client may have been unaware, allowing him/her to "let go" and completely relax.
The latter part of the treatment is more stimulating, allowing the client to return to work or their daily routine feeling energised and refreshed.
Only a small room or area is required for the massage as the massage chair does not take up much space at all. The chair has been specifically designed for this massage and is adjustable to suit individual requirements and comfort.

Our aim is to bring a first class, hands on, practical approach to upgrading health and wellbeing in your work place.
Providing on-site seated acupressure massage will help you to promote a healthier, happier, more energetic team at work,
and by providing our service in your workplace, your company will be affirming its commitment to maintaining or
upgrading your staff's health and welfare policy.
We will also provide fresh fruit free of charge with our massage service. Encouraging a healthier lifestyle helps to maximise happiness, enthusiasm and productivity.
You can book your massage therapist for repeat appointments either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Also book for Health and Wellbeing promotions, Bonus Packages, Conferences,Training Days and many more...
Options available are:
1) Employers pay for our service - £13 per 20 mins appointment, £39 per hour
2) Employers subsidised payment for our servce - £14 per 20 mins appointment, £42 per hour (£5 employers, £9 employees)
3) Employees pay for our service - £15 per 20 mins appointment, £45 per hour
NB. With a guarantee of 5 hours per week, the Option 1 hourly rate will be reduced to £33 per hour (£11 per 20 mins appt)
We will also provide questionnaires to gather information regarding our service.
